SMS Text Notifications — Opt-In Disclosure

Flow Ballroom Studio LLC ("Flow Ballroom Studio") offers optional, account-related text (SMS) notifications to its enrolled dance students and instructors — lesson booking confirmations, lesson reminders, cancellation, reschedule and no-show notices, package purchase and loyalty-point receipts, and occasional customer-care greetings. This page describes exactly how consent to receive these messages is collected.
How You Opt In
Consent is collected during studio enrollment through one of the following methods. Consent is optional and is not required to enroll, make a purchase, or receive any of our services.
- In person: on our paper or electronic enrollment intake form, by checking an unchecked, optional checkbox next to the consent statement shown below.
- By phone: during enrollment, a staff member reads the same consent statement aloud and records your verbal yes or no.
Consent records are retained by the studio. We do not offer opt-in by text-message keyword; the only way to join is through the enrollment process above.
