Anderson S.
FounderAnderson Sylvestre – Ballroom Dance Professional
Anderson Sylvestre is a Haitian-born ballroom and Latin dance instructor, choreographer, and studio owner with over two decades of experience in the dance industry. Known for his dynamic teaching style and passion for movement, Anderson has dedicated his career to helping students of all levels discover confidence, rhythm, and elegance on the dance floor.
Specializing in Ballroom, Salsa, Bachata, and Latin dance styles, Anderson has trained and mentored hundreds of students—from complete beginners to competitive dancers—guiding many to success in regional and national dance competitions. His approach combines strong technical foundation with creativity, ensuring each student develops both skill and personal expression.
Throughout his career, Anderson has contributed to the growth of dance communities in both Haiti and the United States, sharing his cultural roots while embracing the global language of dance. As the founder of Flow Ballroom Studio, he continues to create a welcoming and high-energy environment where people connect, grow, and celebrate through dance.

Anya K.
Anya Evdoimenko has been dancing and competing in the International Ballroom program since she was 7 years old. She regularly competes in the Midwest and the East Coast, in the categories under 21 and Amateur, as well as with her students. She has been able to win multiple scholarships and has had the honor of competing twice in Ohio Star Ball’s “Fordney Best of the Best” program. This year at Chicago’s Windy City Dancesport, she made her debut as an Amateur couple and made finals, placing 5th.
Anya specializes in all 10 dances in the International Ballroom program, dancesport conditioning, and loves making fun dance shows. Anya trains under the instruction of Kiriil Netsvetaev, Irina Khrychikova, Valeria Bushueva. Other notable instructors Anya has worked with include Donald Johnson, Bill Sparks, Luis Van Amstel, Kimberly Mitchell, Herberto Perez, and Ksenia Netsvetaeva. She has attended various training camps and intensives in St. Petersburg, Russia, as she is part of the prestigious ballroom club “ESPBE,” and has attended notable camps such as the New York Dance Festival in America.
Irina K.
Irina Khrychikova – Ballroom Dance Instructor
Irina started dancing in one of the top ballroom dance studios in Russia at the age of six. Throughout her dancing journey , she competed as an International Latin and Standard dancer across Russia, the Ukraine and Europe. After she entered the social dancing world, where she focused on Salsa, Bachata, Cha-cha and other dancing styles. She has performed, competed and attended numerous Salsa congresses and Ballroom competitions in the USA, Canada, Mexico and Europe, both as a team member and in her personal pro-am projects with students. Her projects are always vibrant and memorable—and they invariably win medals and awards.
She focuses also on kids competitive ballroom dancing, raising a new generation of dancers.

Kaitlyn V.
With a dance journey that began in at a young age, Kaitlyn quickly developed a passion for movement, performance, and pushing beyond limits. She went on to train with Starz Ballroom, the Salcity of Angels Salsa Team, refining her technique and stage presence in one of Cleveland’s most vibrant dance communities and performing with the Grizzly Hidriago Bachata Team in Los Angeles.
Her dedication led her to win Amateur Solo Performer at the Toronto Salsa & Bachata Festival. She has continued to expand her dance experience through travel, training in places like LA, Oaxaca(Mexico), Atlanta, and New York.
Known for her dynamic energy and encouraging teaching style, Kaitlyn is passionate about helping others break out of their comfort zones, connect with music, and experience the confidence that comes through dance.
Renata N.
Renata – Ballroom Dance Instructor & Competitor
Renata Nitscheova-Knausbegan, her ballroom dance journey at the age of 12 in the Czech Republic, where she quickly developed a deep passion for the art of dance. Dedicated and driven, she spent countless hours training and refining her skills.
By the age of 15, Renata advanced into competitive dancing, specializing in both Latin and Standard styles. She continued her high-level training throughout college in Prague, where she joined one of the country’s top dance studios and had the opportunity to work with renowned European coaches, further expanding her technique and artistry.
After relocating to Cleveland, Ohio, Renata has remained an active and influential member of the dance community for over 20 years. Her work in the United States has focused on dance instruction, professional competition, and Pro/Am partnerships.
Renata is passionate about sharing her love of dance with students of all ages and levels. She thrives on the creative challenges of choreography and finds joy in the expressive art of performance, inspiring others to grow in confidence, skill, and artistry on the dance floor.
Alena R.
Alena Reshetnikova born and raised in Russia. Since age 6 studied ballet and performed with the children’s troop at the opera house of Yekaterinburg City. Upon graduation moved to the United States where she continued dancing with the Cleveland Cavalier sports organization adding skills in jazz and hip hop. When finished with professional dancing career Alena studied Latin Ballroom and Social Latin styles with Starz Studio, Twinsburg, OH. At the same time Alena has organized a Folk Ensemble “Paprika” which is currently performing at the Cultural events of Cleveland. In 2025 in addition to folk show show group a “Royal Dance Show” was formed to decorate any event, any style and any entertainment idea
Alena has extensive experience working with both kids and adults, teaching Dance Conditioning and Gymnastics, Ballet, Folk, Heels and Bachata
Andy S.
Andy Slimak – Ballroom Dance Instructor
Andy is excited to be back after a 5 year absence from teaching ballroom. A certified, award winning and talented instructor he is thrilled to be back with Anderson Sylvestre with whom he started almost 20 years ago.
Andy has won multiple awards as an independent and franchise teacher including Cleveland DWTS 3x, Fred Astaire Rising Star and Newcomer Titles along with other accolades and accomplishments.
Not into competition dancing? Andy has also serviced over 200 local Ohio wedding couples and their families and worked with the Polaris Career Center for 4 years teaching Continuing Adult Education and Social Dancing.
His goal is to make you not only enjoy your time but to carry it with you throughout your dancing journey.
David W.
David Walker, Dance Instructor
David has been teaching for over 20 years.He is trained in all forms of Ballroom Dance, including Bronze , Silver and Gold levels , he is also a Theater Art specialist, His achievements have been four time National Champ , and three time top ten World Champ, His specialty is smooth dancing although he can teach all forms, at this point his career, he just loves to pass his knowledge onto students and young teachers. He is easy going , and believes in helping people to grow and improve they're confidence and they're skills.
