These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of services provided by Flow Ballroom Studio LLC ("Flow Ballroom Studio," "we," "us," or "our"), including our lesson scheduling, purchases, and our text-messaging (SMS) notification program. By enrolling with us or opting in to text messages, you agree to these Terms.
Services
We provide dance instruction and related studio services, including lesson scheduling, packages, and loyalty rewards. Lesson bookings, cancellations, rescheduling, and payments are subject to the studio policies communicated to you at enrollment.
SMS / Text Messaging Program Terms
By providing your mobile number and consenting at enrollment, you agree to receive transactional, account-related text messages from Flow Ballroom Studio. The details of the program are as follows:

Your consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number or SMS consent with third parties for their marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Payments & Packages
Purchases, lesson packages, and loyalty-point redemptions are subject to the prices and policies in effect at the time of purchase. Refund and cancellation terms are as communicated to you by the studio.
Acceptable Use
You agree to provide accurate contact information, to use our services lawfully, and to notify us of changes to your mobile number so notifications reach the correct person.
Limitation of Liability
Our services are provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flow Ballroom Studio is not liable for indirect or incidental damages, or for messages delayed or undelivered by mobile carriers.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when we post the revised Terms on this page with an updated effective date.
